Return & Refund Policy

Cutebees is highly obsessed with customer satisfaction; thus, it has formulated an easy return and refund policy for its customers, which is as below.

1. Customers must return their purchased product within 7 days of delivery.
2. Once we receive your product, you will be notified about the condition of the product and your refund will be processed accordingly.
3. If the product is used or found damaged, then the company will have the sole right to respond accordingly.
4. In terms of used products, the company will cut 20% of the actual cost and the remaining would be transferred to the customer within 3 days.
5. In terms of damaged products, the company will have the sole right either to cut a percentage or to hold 100% of the cost.
6. If a customer receives a damaged product, he/she must notify the company within 3 hours of delivery and the company will replace the product without any extra charges.
7. If customer want to change the size or exchange the product, he/she can without any hesitation, but it should be done within 7 days of delivery.
